Pikes Lane Working Party

The Working Party began in 2016 and is having an outstanding influence on the teaching and learning at Pikes Lane. We are a group of teachers who use the latest research to make a real difference to whole school approaches to marking, planning and teaching. Staff explore a variety of pedagogies focusing on the positive impact these have on the children. As a reflective school, we then share best practices and guide the statements of practices and policies. Staff feel valued, appreciated and acknowledged.
